1. Returns & Exchanges Overview
At Hogan’s Beach Shop, we strive to deliver strength, passion, and authenticity straight to your doorstep. But if you need to return or exchange an item, we offer a hassle-free process within 15 days of receiving your order. Please note that due to the unique nature of our products, autographed items (including autographed apparel, media, photos, posters, toys, and figures) and signed items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged, brother! These are collectibles with authenticity guarantees, so we don’t accept returns on them.
2. Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges
To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be:
- In its original condition (unworn, unused, and with tags attached).
- In the original packaging.
- Not an autographed or signed product (as these are final sale).
- Returned within 15 days of delivery.
Eligible items include non-autographed clothing, men’s items, odd socks, souvenirs, and other non-signed merchandise.
3. Return & Exchange Process
Follow these steps to initiate a return or exchange:
- Contact Us: Email our customer service team at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order. Include your order number, reason for return/exchange, and whether you want a refund or exchange. Use the template below to make it easy, brother!
- Wait for Approval: We’ll respond within 24-48 hours with a return authorization and instructions.
- Ship the Item: Package the item securely and ship it to our address at 5000 V Street Northwest, Washington, US 20007. You’re responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective or incorrect.
- Processing: Once we receive and inspect the item, we’ll process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days.
4. Refund Timeline and Method
Refunds are issued to the original payment method after we process the return. Here’s what to expect:
- Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, JCB): 5-10 business days after processing, depending on your bank.
- PayPal: 3-5 business days after processing.
